At A Work in Process, therapy is a space for honest reflection, skill-building, and emotional processing—grounded in the belief that people are stronger than they think and that healing happens best in connection with others.

My approach balances accepting reality and healing wounds when possible. I work collaboratively with clients to understand patterns, tolerate discomfort, and build skills that support growth both inside and outside the therapy session.

Therapy here is not about fixing you—it’s about helping you access what already exists within you while recognizing that support matters.
